CNRM will provide machine operation manuals and related videos. At the same time, after the CNRM PP dan-line or poly-steel flat extrusion production line arrives at the customer's factory, CNRM overseas after-sales engineers will install and test run the machine according to the customer's needs, and carry out centralized training for employees, focusing on guiding technical operations and related factory safety precautions.

1.How many square meters of factory space is needed for the entire production line? How many workers are needed to operate the machines?

CNRM PP dan-line or Poly-steel filament extrusion production line needs about 700-1200 square meters of factory space to accommodate machines. Initially, about 2-4 workers are needed to coordinate and cooperate with each other when starting the filament production. Later, when the machine is in normal filament stage,1-2 person can do it.

2.What is the payment terms ? How to make payment?

50% payments in advance and the balance should be paid before delivery. Usually, bank T/T, L/C at sight is available.

3.How long time will be finished by all the entire production line? Can machines be customized according to requirements?

CNRM PP dan-line or poly-steel extrusion production line needs about 90 days . Overseas after-sales engineers will install and test run for about 7-10 days according to the quantities of machines. CNRM will also provide detailed and accurate machine suggestions according to the different voltage, climate, and market demand in different regions of the customer! Of course, if the customer has other special customization requirements, the CNRM R&D design and production team will provide a complete set of machine customization solutions for the customer to choose.
