CNRM has 9 excellent overseas installation engineers, each engineer has more than ten years of installation, maintenance and commissioning experience. Our CNRM engineers to be on call at any time for customers, always committed to the installation and commissioning work of overseas factory machines, obeying the company's arrangements and ensuring the ultimate interests customers.

Once production is completed, after the completion of the delivery phase, CNRM will provide a complete English Operating Manual (or according to the local language of customer's country). At the same time, during the on-site installation and commissioning process, CNRM's overseas engineers will also conduct safety and operation training employees, ensuring a smooth handover during the customer's purchase and use of the machine.

CNRM has a 15-person design and technology team, with a 9-person overseas installation engineer team, and a 12-person Sales-man team that provides 24-hour online service.
